Question:

Why I cannot access to the Taylor & Francis online data?
I've already accessed via UAL account and every time the website shows ' Sorry, you do not have access to this article.'

Here are the articles that I would like to get.

Cooper, R., Bruce, M., Wootton, A., Hands, D., & Daly, L. (2003). Managing design in the extended enterprise. Building Research and Information, 31(5), 367-378.

Vazquez, D., & Bruce, M. (2002). Exploring the retail design management process within a UK food retailer. The International Review of Retail, Distribution and Consumer Research, 12(4), 437-448.

Thank you so much.

Dear Paleeratana

We do not have access to all Taylor & Francis content, which is why you receive the above message. However, from 2014, we will be subscribing to many more T&F journals, including 'International Review of Retail, Distribution and Consumer Research', so you will be able to access the second article very shortly. In the meantime, if you are on the T&F online platform on-campus and only want to search content that the university has subscribed to, you can select 'Only content I have full access to' in ther advanced search:  http://www.tandfonline.com/search/advanced You can access content off-campus by going via the search options on the e-library, although these do not include the option to search T&F specific content:  http://www.arts.ac.uk/study-at-ual/library-services/e-library/

Regarding the first article, if you search the e-Journals portal for 'Building Research and Information', you will see that we have access to this journal - including the article you require - via an alternative platform, Business Source Complete:  http://bt2ha9xt3y.search.serialssolutions.com/?V=1.0&N=100&L=BT2HA9XT3Y&S=AC_T_B&C=Building+Research+and+Information

I hope this helps.
