Log in to Library Search (link is below), with your UAL username and password. Then search for the book.

Once you have found the one you want to reserve, click 'Reserve this item' next to that item in the results screen. Or, if you click on the title to view the item details, you can click on 'Reserve this item' in the menu on the left.

On the next screen, select the library you wish to collect the book from. Then click on 'Reserve this item' to complete the request.

If you can't see the 'Reserve this item' link next to a book, it is probably because it is reference only, and for use in the library only, so cannot be reserved.

Once you have reserved an item, the person who has it on loan will not be able to renew it, and when they return it, you will receive an email to let you know it is ready to collect from your chosen library.
