Question:

Use of LCC Learning Zone for tutorials
Hello,

I am an associate lecturer at LCC and will be supervising some student projects in the spring semester.

I wondered if it is feasible to use the LCC learning zone for one-to-one tutorials with the students?

I realise that I could book specific rooms, but because the tutorial schedule will be negotiated with students individually, I thought it may be more flexible to use a space in the library. Please could you let me know if you’d recommend against this for any reason.

Thanks!
Iain

Hello Iain,

The LZ at LCC is a student space and not a teaching space – so unfortunately you won’t be able to use it for tutorials
