Question:

Request the Library stocks a particular book
Hello,

I was just wondering if there was a process by which students could request the library stocks a certain book? Is this something we should approach our course leader with?

Many thanks,

Nina

There are a few ways you can suggest books to be purchased by your college library.

1. Contact your course librarian. You should be able to find their details on your course Moodle page - there is usually a library section there.

2. When you are searching in Library Search, you can click on the 'New Item Suggestion' button, log in and fill in the details. Note: this button only appears on the search results page, so you need to have carried out at lest one search to see it.

3. Visit the desk at your college library and staff will take the details from you and pass on to the relevant librarian.
