Thank you for your question and interest in visiting CSM library.

If you wish to request a visit to CSM Library you can do so by emailing this email address library.visits@csm.arts.ac.uk at least 2 full working days in advance, quoting your 6-digit alumni registration number. This is automatically assigned to you when you graduate and will be included on any correspondence you have received from the Alumni Association.

If you cannot find it you will need to register, which you can do so by filling in the online form on this page http://www.arts.ac.uk/alumni-and-friends/update-details/

CSM library has a limited number of spaces for visitors each day (Monday to Friday). They're allocated on a first come, first serve basis and they do tend to fill up quite quickly. You can visit up to two times per week.

The other UAL college libraries require you to have a separate library alumni card (CSM doesn't) if you want to visit them, and although it is still required to contact them in advance of visiting, they tend to have fewer limitations on numbers than CSM. If you think that you will be wanting to visit other UAL college libraries, you can apply for the card by filling in the form on this page http://www.arts.ac.uk/alumni-and-friends/benefits/ (under Library Access ), and posting it along with a passport-sized photo to the CSM address detailed on the form. However, as mentioned, if you will only be visiting CSM library you don't need the card - just your alumni registration number.
