I can't access an article that should be available
I'm trying to access an article which says it should be available but I can't get access despite being logged in as University of the arts

If you're having trouble accessing an article that you believe that we should have access to, then first check if we have a subscription via the e-journals listing.
You can find any journal we have an online subscription to via the e-journals Portal.
Search for the journal title that you are interested in and click on the subscription of your choice. If there is more than one date range make sure you pick the link that includes the date or dates you require. You will be prompted to login with your UAL username and password.
If you have searched for the journal subscription link and it shows we have access to the date you are looking for but you still do not have access to that article, then please contact your subject librarian and they can look into this for you.
